There are three residential floors at the Malthouse and the accommodation comprises a range of pleasantly designed single and double rooms, arranged in five suites throughout the building.

The suites accommodate from eight to thirteen residents. Bedrooms have a range of facilities which include

• full en suites to shared w.c.
• wash basins or bathrooms
• T.V. sockets
• electrical central heating and telephone facilities are available in each bedroom

The Malthouse has predominantly single rooms, but double rooms are available either by request for single occupancy or for special circumstances.

The cost of care and accommodation is normally dictated by the type of accommodation. However, there are times when the level care may be a consideration dependent on the level of frailty of a resident.
